How to apply blush

When applying blush, you want the color to look soft and natural, as if it comes from within. Read below for tips on how to put on make-up.1. Tap or lightly blow on the applicator brush to remove any excess blush before applying to prevent a harsh and uneven application.2. Apply your blush on the apple of the cheek and carefully blend towards your natural hairline. 3. If you have two shades, apply the darker one on the apple of the cheek first, then use the lighter shade to highlight. Blend well so there is no visible line between colors.4. Highlight your temples, forehead and chin. Tip: To know “where to glow” bend over for 30 seconds, then slowly stand up. Where your cheeks are flushed is where you are meant to blush. Apply your blush there and it will be naturally rosy every time. Tip: Cheek color should be used to enhance your complexion, not to change your natural skin tone. Use sparingly for daytime, then add more or a deeper shade for a more dramatic nighttime effect. For special occasions, dust a lightly frosted powder over your cheekbones for a subtle but alluring glow. Tip: Make sure to blend your blush into your foundation well or it will tend to look unnatural and add the appearance of 5 years to your looks.

All about foundation!

Choosing foundation is an important step towards achieving the great look you’re aiming for. Some girls think that this is a step that is not very crucial especially with so many foundation products available in the market. But anyone who has seen a woman who wears a too light or too dark foundation will know that it is the single best way to ruin a great look.
When choosing a foundation make sure that the shade is at the most only a shade darker or lighter from your natural skin color so you won’t look strange with a radically different skin color on your face compared to your neck and shoulders.                                                                                                                      There is an art to applying foundation all over the face. Surprise! It has nothing to do with using the sponge as if you are trying to cover your face with face paint. In fact, we dont recommend the use of sponge at all! In applying foundation, it is advised that one makes use of a brush. This will ensure the even spreading out of powder dust. This will prevent nasty blotches from forming on your skin. It will also prevent uneven distribution of powder pigments from developing. Just a tip, before you apply the foundation, make sure you clear your skin from impurities with a toner. Apply a thin coat of sunblock as well as this could serve as base already. The base will allow the foundation to stay longer and more natural than it would without one. It will also prevent the dusts of the powder from entering the pores.

2 really pretty lipsticks!!!

MAC Heatherette Amplified Melrose Mood creme lipstick – a cool-toned pale bright pink, with a really intense color pay off.
MAC Dame Edna Hot Frost Lipglass – a sheer mid-tone blue pink with multi-dimensional pearlized pigments. Love.

How to look like Barbie!

Barbies skin is flawless so start off with IQQU acne serum. One dot covers your whole face.Even if you dont have acne, this acne serum also reduces large pores and acne waiting to happen.Prevention is key.Next, you need to use eye cream. Dark circles are almost impossible to get rid of, but using Strivectin-SD eyecream lightens them and keeps your eyes hydrated. Now create a flawless canvas using foundation.Spray the foundation on the back of your hand, not directly on your face or else you would look like a hot-mess! Use a stipple brush to apply your foundation evenly and get that plastic look.Make sure to get your nose area (large pores!).Then you need to use Amazing Concealer by Amazing Cosmetics you just need a tiny amount because its very concentrated.Warm it on the back of your hand then, apply it directly to your undereye area to conceal your dark circles or any other imperfections (also remember to conceal any redness around your nose). Now, use LA MER loose powder. When it comes to using loose powder, i like to use a Laura Mercier powder puff because a brush can smear the texture you already made with the stipple brush.Dont forget your neck.Barbie has a tiny nose so, you have to exaggrate your nose by contouring it.Use Coastal Scents 88 warm pallette. You want to stick with neutral colors nothing shimmering, warm or cool. And then very lightly, start defining your nose bridge by rubbing up and down on the sides of your nose. Then use a fan brush to feather the harsh edges.Ok now its time to put on your wig.Prepare your hair for the wig by: putting your hair in a ponytail, stretch your wig cap,put it on and tuck all stray hairs in place.Put on your blonde wig and brush the hairs in place.Time for eyeshadow! Ok, so, use coastal scents 88 pallette and choose a baby blue color. Now using your finger or brush apply it to your eyelid. Then use a white eyeshadow color and apply it to the inner corners of your eyes this will make them appear more open. Then kind of blend it so its not clumpy.Dont forget the browbone! Make sure to highlight the highest points of your face (your browbones) with white eyeshadow. Now select a pink eyeshadow and apply it above the crease of your eye.Build up the intesity and create a hard edge.Make sure to bring the color towards the inner corner of your eye. Now, take a dark blue color and draw a thin line to outline your crease. Then use a fan brush to brush away any fallouts. Now line your lower lash line and lids.By doing so, you are creating a cartoon look.Make sure you line your eyes! Using N.Y.C. white eyeliner, line your waterline, this will open your eyes more making them appear wider. Then take Ardell false lashes and apply lash glue and place them closest to the lash line.Dont forget your lower lash line, cut one faux lash in half and apply them on your lower lash line.Make sure they fit snuggly! Now use pink eyeshadow as pink blush and gently fan it on the apples of your cheeks. This is now the time to accessorize, wear pink anything! I suggest wearing a pink headband with the flowing fabric. You can use the flowing piece as a scarf. Now we want to put on Lancome rock icon fuchsia lipstick.Apply the lipstick then use a brush to get a more presice shape.Using concealer on a brush, redefine your lips and remember the more hard edge the better.Blend the concealer into your skin tone. And set the concealer with loose powder. Then, to your lips, apply coastal scents flippin hot smacks for some shine.Lastley, brush all the hairs in place because Barbie is perfect not a single hair out of place.
THX GOOD LUCK BYE!!!!!!!!!!!! :):):):):)<3<3<3<3<3<3

Drugstore Cosmetics That Actually Work

Image Detail

Sally Hansen: Salon Effects. They come in all different designs, colors and glitter. They are so easy to apply and they last for a long time. They look awesome they dont chip and mine lasted for 3 weeks! The best part is if you are impatient like me, you cant stand waiting for your nails to dry, so you just put them on and your good to go! No waiting! They are about $9.50 in the drugstore, depending on your local drugstore.

Image Detail
Sally Hansen: Color Quick Nail Pen Its fast dry, literally! You put it on and in less than a minute its dry. Its pretty much like a brush.I have it in blue and its really simple to use.All you have to do is squeeze the bottom and the polish color runs to the tip and you just brush it on.Its as simple as that! Not sure on the cost though, but it cant be that much. Oh! and heres a tip; you know how its not good to leave a bottle of nail polish in your purse, well now you can leave a tube of nail polish in your purse because of the easy tight screw-on cap.

Image Detail
Loreal: Voluminous Mascara. Its really great. It spreads even strokes across your lash and makes them look fuller and gorgeous.I try other really expensive mascaras and i always come back to Loreal's Voluminous. It costs around six bucks and its worth every penny! Oh and make sure you get the original its the best because they came out with a newer version...but i like the original better.

Revlon: Color Stay Brow Enhancer. On one side theres like this gelly waxxy substance (the brow pencil itself) then on the other side (this is why i love this) there is a  highlighter which is a just a little thicker and you just put it underneath your browbone and it will really make your eyes pop.And a great thing is you can just toss this in your bag and when you start to look a little sleepy, just put the highlighter under your brows and it will really open up your eyes.

3 steps to getting soft lips

Soft, kissable lips are sooo easy to get, but a lot of us forget to pamper our pucker, especially in the summer. The cold winter months have us all applying and reapplying our chapsticks, but what about summer? The sun can do a lot of damage to your lips and you may not even notice. Here are 3 steps to get super soft lips and having them all year long.

Step 1:

You exfoliate your arms and legs, but do you do the same for your lips? Use a soft, gentle exfoliant and rub it into your lips in slow, circular motions. This will not only remove dead skin cells, but the circular motion will also get the blood flowing giving your lips a nice rosy tint.

Step 2:

After you’ve exfoliated, use a good quality lip balm with an SPF. I prefer Burt’s Bees lip balms because they are all natural and do a really good job of leaving your lips soft and also protecting them from getting burnt.

Step 3:

Lastly, apply a moisturizing lipstick. I like to use shades that are close to my actually lip shade to get a natural look. For super soft lips, make sure you always apply lip balm before putting on lipstick or gloss – just make sure you wait a couple of minutes so it dries.

Thats it,easy as that!!! BYE THANKS FOR READING!!!!!

5 beauty tips for teens!!!!

1. Skip the foundation, the first thing you want to do when you have acne is slather on thick foundation, don't, foundation is for women over 20 years of age, not only will it cover up your natural beauty, but foundation on a teenager looks anything but natural.Instead cover up blemishes with concealer followed by a powder or a tinted moisturizer.Tinted moisturizers tend to be a lot lighter than a heavy foundation.

2.Pat concealer, never rub. When you rub your concealer, your basically just wasting concealer because its just following your finger and go around the blemish your trying to cover. If you pat it in, it will stay on the blemish and will cover it up pretty well (depending on what brand of concealer you use).

3.Vaseline is your best friend.Vaseline is great as a cheap eye make-up remover.Vaseline is also great for fixing chapped scaley lips: slather on a bunch of Vaseline, then use your toothbrush to massage your lips.Wipe the extra of on a tissue, your lips will be smooth and soft.Vaseline can also be used for massaging your eyes and eyelaashes. Some people even say Vaseline promotes eyelash growth.

4.Heres a tip that all middle aged women wished they knew when they were young. So, what is the makeup product that you have to use everyday to start the day? Sunscreen! Good habits start when your young. If you apply sunscreen everyday (doesn't even matter what the weather is!) you will have beautiful skin when your 50,60, or even 70!

Image Detail5.If you mess up on you eye make-up, take a Q-Tip and dip it in moisturizer.Rub it on gently and be careful not to get it in your eye.

Summer Shades Of Lipstick

Summer is all about looking hot and gorgeous. Similarly this summer calls for the same gorgeous look you should carry when choosing lip colors for summer make up.Girls, i think its time we know the hottest trend in lip colors this summer.New lipstick trend theme this summer is “opposites” i.e. from low-key neutrals to traffic-stopping bright. The most “in” trends of lipstick are: Red Statement Lips, Bright, Colorful and Fruity and Pink and Tender shades.

For those of you that like to keep it nice and simple, neutrals are the best in town.Pale and rose are perfect for the natural look, while frosted pink
can also do magic with your simple look.

Fruit colors are excellent choices too, from the red berries to papaya colors. When applying bright lip colors, always remember that they tend to emphasize dry patches. To avoid this, scrub away the dry skin on lips, and then apply moisturizer before applying lipstick.
The magenta colors will also be talk of the town this summer and will be a great accessory to an evening outfit, bringing out the colors and making everything look more radiant. Although magenta can be a tricky color to wear, just make sure that it suits your skin tone and that it doesn’t look overpowering.

The shades of red will go great on anyone in summer time. Red shades of lipstick accentuate the lips, making them look full, vibrant and youthful. Make sure that when you wear red lipstick, you minimize your eye makeup as much as possible as to not over do it.

Lipstick Trends of the Fashion World
Pink was all over the spring/summer catwalks in shades of soft rose worn over deep plums to lighten the look as seen in Marc by Marc Jacobs, while coral pinks added glamour at Missoni. Baby pink nude glosses at Max Mara and Hermes were popular and pops of bright pinkish red left models catwalk-ready at Prada. Matte lips were achieved using layers of lipstick blotted for the perfect finish. This also achieves a much richer deeper color, or filled in fully with a lip pencil. High shine was as popular as ever with clear gloss and lip balm creating a young, fresh, fashion-forward look.
